Yes you read that heading right. We have A Band Called Twang in a semi-unplugged format playing in an intimate setting while cruising up the Clyde River.
Get away from the crowds of the event for 2 hours, and rock away to one of Australia’s best rockabilly bands (with a hint of country twang), in a stripped back format with all the members of A Band Called Twang, plus some guest appearances as well.
The cruise in its own right is a sensational cruise which departs from the jetty adjacent to the Crank It Up event site. Twang will create the rockin vibe on board the vessel named ‘Escapade’, and there will be a small dance area to enjoy a dance or just be mesmerized by the acoustic songs in a beautiful location.
Book your spot on the Escapade, right next to the main stage at Innes’s Boatshed, and cruise the afternoon in Batemans Bay and up river to big island. The deal includes complimentary drink and you can purchase food from the boatshed to take onboard, or local oysters will be for sale onboard.
This is an intimate setting… which means we are are really limiting numbers. Max 60 persons can purchase tickets to this event.
The boat will cruise from 3pm to 5pm on Saturday 16th November as a 15km round trip along the Clyde River, and drop you back with plenty of time to get yourself sorted for the nights headline performances at the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club.
**ACCESSIBILITY** – Please note that the river cruise does not have wheelchair compliant access or toilets. Unfortunately as the dock is not a floating dock, accessing the boat requires steps and narrow ramp.
